So much potential, but one hiccup!

i was super excited to try Sequencing after hearing about their API for DNA Data and all the cool things you can do with it! the DNA App Store is really impressive, with so many options like Promethease and SelfDecode, and it definitely feels safe for my genetic data. checkout was easy, and finding the promo code spot was a breeze, but my only complaint is that the API key took a bit longer to generate than i expected, which was a little frustrating when i was ready to get started. still, great service overall and i'll definitely shop again once that's smoothed out!

I was curious if I could upload my AncestryDNA data, and turns out I could, which was great for getting the Beauty Reports. The reports were super detailed and gave me a lot to think about. I ordered the Whole Genome Sequencing kit and was impressed with the entire process. The kit arrived in about 4 days, and the instructions for collecting the saliva sample were very clear. Registration and activation online were quick. It took about 3 weeks for my results to be processed and uploaded, which was within their estimated timeframe. I spent hours reviewing the various reports – the Longevity Reports and Brain Health Reports were particularly interesting and well-presented. I also uploaded some raw data from an older test, and it integrated seamlessly. The Genome Explorer tool was a bit complex at first, but I got the hang of it. However, when I had a question about one of the reports, it took their customer service team almost a week to respond, which felt a bit long. Overall, I'm satisfied with the data quality and depth, but I hope they can improve their response times for support queries.
